About the position

Adobe is on a mission to change the world through digital experiences, and we are looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Product Marketing to lead our efforts in an emerging product category. This role is pivotal as we enhance our products with generative AI features and introduce new AI-first solutions and APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the overall business and marketing strategy to deliver rapid growth in this area. This position requires a leader who can influence cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, Sales, and more, within a matrixed environment. The successful candidate will embody a pragmatic, 'startup' mentality, demonstrating a strong bias for swift execution, experimentation, and decisive action. In this role, you will develop a clear business and go-to-market (GTM) strategy that is backed by market data, including Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis, competitive insights, and customer feedback. You will lead a team of product marketers who possess deep knowledge of our customers and their needs. Collaboration with product teams will be essential to build relevant offerings, including new APIs and applications. You will also define and maintain the value proposition, messaging, use cases, pricing, packaging, and overall marketing strategy for our products. Additionally, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth, providing frequent updates to enablement and field collateral, such as pitch decks and videos, while briefing Marketing on campaign plans. Engaging with customers and industry analysts to share your vision and evangelize the product will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also drive strategic updates and discussions with senior Adobe executives, ensuring alignment and support for your initiatives.
