The Sr. Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies, focusing on customer brand awareness, acquisition, and growth. This role involves strategy development, execution, and optimization across various channels including paid advertising, organic search, CRM, email marketing, and social media. The position requires a data-driven approach to enable faster optimization and accelerate growth, while leading a team to analyze real-time results and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and engage customers by diving into customer insights to ensure marketing strategies reach and retain the right audiences.
  • Lead the development of data-driven, multi-channel marketing plans, optimizing campaigns across various channels to achieve growth goals.
  • Innovate and execute new marketing ideas that cultivate both new and existing customers, fueling breakthrough campaigns.
  • Oversee the performance marketing team and external partners in executing campaigns while focusing on customer acquisition goals and ROI.
  • Identify new opportunities to boost customer acquisition and increase lifetime value.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing plans to continuously refine campaigns and optimize for conversions.
  • Evaluate and implement MarTech/AdTech solutions that drive performance and streamline marketing operations.
  • Review and analyze program performance, communicate insights, and develop best practices to boost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master's preferred) with 10+ years of leadership and marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and driving business growth.
  • Strong experience in leading diverse marketing teams and managing large, complex budgets.
  • Deep understanding of MarTech and AdTech solutions with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with attention to detail, aligning brand strategy with business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
