About the position

The Sr. Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for building and optimizing performance marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer brand awareness, acquisition, and growth. This role involves leading a team to analyze real-time results for faster optimization and growth acceleration, utilizing a data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. The position requires both strategic and tactical thinking to drive continual improvement in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and engage customers by diving into customer insights to ensure effective marketing strategies.
  • Lead the development of data-driven, multi-channel marketing plans, optimizing campaigns across various channels to achieve growth goals.
  • Innovate and create new marketing ideas that attract and retain customers, fueling breakthrough campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns, managing both internal teams and external partners to meet customer acquisition goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and increasing lifetime value.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing plans to refine campaigns and optimize conversions.
  • Evaluate and implement MarTech/AdTech solutions to enhance performance and streamline operations.
  • Analyze program performance, communicate insights, and develop best practices for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of leadership and marketing experience, including leading global teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong experience in leading diverse marketing teams and managing large budgets.
  • Deep understanding of MarTech and AdTech solutions with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with attention to detail, aligning brand strategy with business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
