About the position

The Senior Director of HR Operations will lead and enhance HR strategies and systems to create a high-performing and engaged workforce. This role involves developing multi-year HR roadmaps, managing compensation structures, optimizing HR technology, and leveraging data for workforce planning and engagement. The position requires collaboration with business leaders and mentoring of the HR team to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor direct reports, overseeing key functions such as recruitment, training, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement multi-year strategies and roadmaps for HR Operations, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to peer leaders, business executives, and cross-functional teams to align HR operations with the company's broader objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR Operations by optimizing workflows, systems, and analysis.
  • Lead the development and ongoing refinement of a total compensation structure that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.
  • Spearhead efforts to optimize HR technology solutions, improving data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Leverage data insights to monitor, analyze, and report on HR metrics, providing actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, strongly preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SPHR, preferred.
  • 10+ years of Human Resource or closely related experience, with a focus on HR Operations and/or HR Technology.
  • 5+ years experience in a supervisory capacity, including influencing others outside immediate space.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR management and operations leadership.
  • Expertise in HR technology platforms and data management systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

  • Success in linking corporate strategy to the development of leadership strategies and programs.
