We are currently seeking a Senior Director to lead our Marketing team at our Monmouth Junction, NJ headquarters. This role is pivotal in providing leadership and support for the successful marketing and management of the company's product portfolio. The Senior Director will report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will be accountable for building and executing a best-in-class marketing plan that enables the company to achieve its growth objectives, particularly for our expanding branded Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) portfolio. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who is not afraid to get involved in all aspects of growing a lean but dynamic commercial organization. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes traditional in-person and omnichannel marketing, as well as digital media strategies. The Senior Director will help shape the brand image, create targeted Healthcare Provider (HCP) and Consumer campaigns, develop meaningful customer and influencer relationships, and ensure successful and ethical product promotion. Additionally, this role requires leading and managing the marketing team and collaborating with other critical functions such as Sales, Managed Markets, and Medical teams to drive the growth of the Tris ADHD portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and directs development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
  • Leads and participates in strategic and operational creation and implementation of annual strategic and tactical brand plans including clear success metrics and budget requirements.
  • Creates, develops and implements HCP promotional materials used by field sales team.
  • Actively manages and leads advertising agencies and oversees key partner performance by establishing success metrics and executing periodic formal assessments.
  • Ensures development and execution of additional marketing materials and campaigns leveraging all appropriate channels to reach customers.
  • Develops and executes a digital media strategy to reach HCPs and Patients/Parents to provide education and awareness of company products and ADHD therapeutic area.
  • Prospectively identifies new opportunities to enhance market share penetration within target market(s).
  • Ensures all promotional materials, activities and related communications and programs are in full compliance with Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Corporate guidelines; establishes, oversees implementation, and monitors adherence to administrative policies and procedures; ensures collaborative and compliant communication between marketing and other cross-functional teams (i.e., Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, etc.).
  • Collaborates closely with Analytics team to establish, track and exceed marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with digital marketing and omnichannel strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in ADHD or related therapeutic areas.
