As the Sr. Director of Global Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and driving regional partner marketing campaigns, programs, and engagements from strategy through implementation to results. This role requires a strong alignment and collaboration with field marketing teams, content, and digital teams. The primary focus of this position will be on designing, developing, implementing, and managing demand generation programs with partners to build a lead pipeline for Pluralsight that results in acquiring net new customers and corresponding bookings. In this position, you will lead a small but strategic partner marketing team that works closely with our Global Ecosystems Solutions (GES) organization alongside our partners to co-develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy aimed at driving pipeline activation. You will identify content and positioning that helps accelerate the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include driving awareness, thought leadership, demand and pipeline generation, and mindshare programs in coordination with partners' marketing teams to target joint customers and prospects. You will also be tasked with developing joint plans and content, including joint value proposition presentations, solutions briefs, industry use cases, customer stories, and blog posts. Creating innovative new programs to maximize the impact of our learning platform and joint solutions with partners will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the alliances organization on Pluralsight's strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plan at partner events. Evaluating all campaigns' impact and ROI will be essential to determine success and forecast potential future investments.
