About the position

As the Senior Director of Marketing at 33 Hotel, you will lead the marketing strategy for the hotel and its dining outlets, focusing on brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, managing digital marketing efforts, and overseeing content creation. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals and drive promotional offers, while also managing the marketing budget and reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute holistic and integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, print, and events.
  • Write annual and quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with DOS, GM, and corporate marketing teams.
  • Create and oversee RFP process and execution for Public Relations, advertising, and website agencies.
  • Champion brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage the hotel website and online listings, ensuring proper SEO optimization.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategy and content calendar.
  • Oversee partnerships with PR firms and marketing agencies, ensuring effective communication.
  • Lead content development efforts, including copywriting, graphics, and video production.
  • Assist with photo and video shoots, ensuring proper execution and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with revenue department to identify opportunities for promotional offers and package builds.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Facilitate tracking and reporting of marketing expenditures and present performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with hotel and marketing teams to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of marketing experience within the hotel industry.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and strategy.
  • Knowledge of consumer engagement and digital trends.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for marketing reports.
  • Understanding of agency expectations and industry benchmarks.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in website content management systems, preferably Wordpress.
  • Experience with Email Marketing or CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Organized with great attention to detail and self-motivated.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Canva and/or graphic design/video editing.
  • Knowledge of current industry and technology trends.
