Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the entire data portfolio at eBay.
• Lead and manage the CDT product organization, ensuring alignment with eBay's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Drive innovation in data technologies to enhance eBay's competitive edge in the market.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product portfolio.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data and data platforms.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
• Strong technical background and understanding of data technologies and trends including data infrastructure, data platforms, data analytics, AI/ML, databases (Relational, NoSQL), data streaming, Hadoop etc.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
