About the position

The Sr. Director of Product Management for Agentforce Growth and Scale is a strategic leadership role focused on driving the growth and market capture of Salesforce's Agentforce product. This position requires a seasoned product leader with a strong background in AI and CRM, responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, support sales initiatives, and engage with key customers. The role emphasizes innovation, customer engagement, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while aligning with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support Agentforce deals as an AI and CRM business transformation expert.
  • Drive Agentforce Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Assist sales and customers in identifying unique product differentiators and addressing objections.
  • Act as the AI executive sponsor for key accounts.
  • Present product vision and strategy to customers.
  • Compile customer use case stories.
  • Support Agentforce Product Advisory Councils in key regions.
  • Train and enable distribution teams through formal enablement and sales play development.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) teams for content and sales processes.
  • Participate in all Agentforce and AI product New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Gather insights and feedback for product innovation from customers and the field.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams on incubation opportunities.
  • Engage in public speaking at Salesforce and external events.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product management or similar experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AI products, including Machine Learning and Generative AI.
  • Experience in driving strategic sales engagements.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Proven ability to drive scale and implement repeatable process programs.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, computer science, or data science.
