Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' sales experience in the medical device industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably leading managers.
  • Minimum of 5 successful years in diabetes sales and operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Expertise in managed care, reimbursement processes, and account management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills for influencing executive decisions.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Technologically proficient in large data systems and medical devices.
