Position Overview: The Senior Director of Sales, Private Brands is the senior commercial leader accountable for 1440 Foods’ Private Brands business across every customer and every channel — including club (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s), mass (Walmart, Target), grocery (Kroger, Albertsons, Ahold, Publix, H-E-B, and other regional banners), drug, dollar, specialty, foodservice, and e-commerce. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this leader owns the end-to-end customer relationship, P&L, and growth strategy for our private label and contract manufacturing partnerships across the entire retailer landscape. The role is the single commercial voice of 1440 Foods to all retailer private brand teams, working cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to translate customer insights into winning programs.
