The Sr. Director of Product Management for the Audience Platform at IQVIA is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that enhance audience building processes using various datasets. Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for existing and new product offerings tied to strategic business objectives.
  • Lead, guide, and manage a team of product managers to prioritize functionality and scope, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from conception to launch, managing iterative improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Implement best practices in data visualization and user experience to create effective product requirements and features.
  • Ensure collaboration across product teams for a unified client experience and consistent measurement.
  • Engage with stakeholders across healthcare verticals to understand their needs and translate insights into innovative product solutions.
  • Build partnerships with audience data, client services, and data management teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop product positioning and go-to-market support.
  • Conduct profitability and opportunity cost analyses.
  • Navigate data privacy and security regulations to develop compliant products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience and working knowledge of clinical data is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of product management experience in healthcare technology or data-focused organizations.
  • Ability to deliver against objectives and timelines through effective roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges into scalable solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data, HCP and DTC identity, and digital media marketing.
  • Demonstrated passion for healthcare technology and commitment to data-driven innovation.
