About the position

We are seeking an executive to lead and transform our Document Cloud B2B business, particularly in the context of the rapidly evolving landscape shaped by Generative AI (GenAI). This role is pivotal in spearheading our business strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and expanding our value proposition to better serve knowledge workers across various sectors, from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global product marketing and business strategy for the Document Cloud B2B segment. This includes identifying and mobilizing new monetization opportunities, leveraging GenAI technology to enhance our offerings, and defining clear go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the total addressable market, competitive landscape, and customer engagement strategies that drive value realization and retention. You will directly lead a product marketing team, ensuring alignment across all B2B segments, including midmarket, corporate, and enterprise. In this position, you will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Collaborating closely with partners in Product, Engineering, Design, B2B Marketing, and Sales, you will work to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding emerging technologies and managing multiple projects from ideation through to deployment. Your ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of our Document Cloud B2B business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global product marketing and business strategy for Document Cloud B2B business.
  • Identify new business opportunities enabled by GenAI technology.
  • Define clear go-to-market strategies including total addressable market and competitive assessment.
  • Develop marketing strategies, value propositions, messaging, and branding.
  • Create customer engagement strategies that drive value realization and retention.
  • Define target audience priorities and customer needs.
  • Establish pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Develop distribution strategies including partnership ecosystems.
  • Directly lead a product marketing team across all B2B segments: midmarket, corporate, enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, B2B Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Understand emerging technologies and manage multiple projects from concept to deployment.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product marketing and business strategy experience in a scaled global business with a focus on serving B2B customers, especially enterprises.
  • Proven track record of success in complex, fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Experience in developing breakthrough strategies against new opportunities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using data to enhance product experiences.
  • Strong ability to partner, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable influencing peers, senior executives, and sales teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in B2B environments.
