About the position

The Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing at FourKites is responsible for leading a global team focused on demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, and digital marketing. This role involves developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that support enterprise sales teams, driving pipeline growth, customer retention, and new logo acquisitions. The ideal candidate will balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a global team of demand gen, ABM, events and digital marketers.
  • Influence and steer revenue marketing budget and hiring plan.
  • Establish a strategic ABM framework and enable programs, including account selection and planning.
  • Utilize ABM metrics to measure business impact by new pipeline, bookings, and engagement.
  • Set standards for effective account-based marketing practices across all Revenue Marketing tactics.
  • Educate the field organization on the role of ABM in targeting accounts.
  • Collaborate with various teams to tailor content based on account strategy and target personas.
  • Provide Sales Leadership with data and insights on key accounts and campaigns.
  • Oversee execution of marketing programs, measuring performance against KPIs.
  • Integrate closely with sales executives to drive ABM strategies.
  • Develop and implement ABM programs to expand annual recurring revenue.
  • Leverage ABM automation tools to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns.
  • Develop target buyer personas and tailor value propositions across the buyer's journey.
  • Deliver closed loop marketing reporting and analysis on campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B demand generation, field marketing, ABM and digital marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of B2B marketing automation best practices (Salesforce + Marketo preferred).
  • Experience with ABM/ABX platforms (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase, ZoomInfo) preferred.
  • Experience leveraging content hub tools and social advocacy tools is a plus.
  • Track record of delivering measurable results and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical approach and understanding of core marketing metrics.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt and align with business needs.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.
  • High degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Ability to travel, if needed.
