About the position

Cribl is seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 sales leaders across a specific geography. This remote-first role is integral to the company's growth, focusing on building a strong sales ecosystem and developing a business plan to exceed sales goals. The position involves managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, while being part of a proven leadership team that contributes to the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Leaders.
  • Build sales leaders within Cribl.
  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy as part of the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams.
  • A successful track record of annual overachievement.
  • Experience leading sales leaders who sell through security channel partners.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with SAAS sales, including cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Background in successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000).
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC methodology.
  • Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
