About The Position
Cribl is seeking a remote Strategic Sales Leader to recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 sales leaders across a specific geography. This role is pivotal in building sales leadership within Cribl and involves developing a business plan to exceed sales goals while managing the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing. The position is part of a proven leadership team and plays a key role in developing the go-to-market strategy, reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
