About the position

The position involves leading a team of Strategic Sales Leaders at Cribl, a remote-first company focused on providing data solutions for IT and Security. The role emphasizes collaboration, customer focus, and achieving sales goals while fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidate will be part of a leadership team responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and managing the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Leaders across a specific geography.
  • Build and develop sales leaders within Cribl.
  • Create a business plan to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the sales ecosystem from generating leads through to closing sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams.
  • Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales.
  • Experience leading sales leaders who sell through security channel partners.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with SAAS sales, particularly in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Background in successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000).
  • Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Experience in developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
