This is an exciting senior role in our global Social and Influencer Marketing division, with a focus on driving strategic leadership to build brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue for Hourglass. This role will develop and manage the global social media strategy, global influencer marketing strategy, and lead social-first creative storytelling to create high-impact content across platforms. The ideal candidate will have luxury sector experience and have worked with brands across fashion, beauty, media, or design with a strong connection to culture. A deep understanding of social media best practices for modern luxury brands and experience with influencer marketing and paid social is a must. The candidate should have experience in a global 360-marketing organization with a focus on industry-leading social media and influencer activations. This position requires a proactive, strategic, and creative leader with experience running a global social media or influencer marketing division. Strong vision, superior communication skills, and the ability to manage varying levels of international stakeholders are essential.
