About the position
The Sr Director, Strategy & Growth will lead strategic initiatives to expand into high-growth areas, particularly focusing on biologics characterization. This role is crucial for providing analytical insights for large molecules and novel modalities, positioning the company as a preferred partner in biologic development and production. The position involves developing deep domain expertise, driving growth in a new Biologics Business Unit, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP/GM of the Business Unit and the Leadership Team to set strategic priorities and execute through a broad range of stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Ensure long-term business growth by designing and developing a multi-year strategic plan based on keen customer understanding, rigorous market assessment and in full alignment with portfolio teams.
- Support identification and evaluation of organic and inorganic business opportunities that could impact growth and profitability.
- Provide business analysis and market research for business portfolio, covering key market dynamics, major business opportunities & challenges and competitive trend.
- Develop strategic marketing plans inclusive of setting goals, defining target audiences, and determining the best marketing mix.
- Develop Marketing campaigns that drive demand; align with BU and Regional teams to roll out campaigns: tactics and KPIs.
- Attract, retain, and develop high performing team.
