About the position

The Sr. Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations at Moët Hennessy USA is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, HR Data Analytics, International and Domestic Mobility, and Payroll strategies. This position collaborates with senior leadership to enhance the employee experience and ensure organizational effectiveness through the development and implementation of Total Rewards policies and programs. The role also involves providing insights to drive consistency and efficiency across the organization and participating in the Global Compensation and Benefits community.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate and refine the company's compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Serve as a key member of the MH Global Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence.
  • Review and revise existing Total Rewards policies to align with business needs and regulations.
  • Lead the development and delivery of competitive employee compensation programs.
  • Oversee HR operational systems and processes to support HR analytics and compliance needs.
  • Provide guidance during the annual compensation review process and supervise salary adjustments.
  • Develop and lead the delivery of competitive executive compensation and incentive programs.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits studies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Provide leadership and expertise to the expatriate program and domestic relocation management.
  • Inspire high performance within the Total Rewards Team and guide their professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and HR data analytics.
  • Experience in payroll management and compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and provide strategic insights.
  • Expertise in policy development and implementation in HR.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the luxury goods or spirits industry.
  • Familiarity with international compensation and benefits practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with benchmarking studies.
