Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in RF and antenna design, focusing on novel concepts and methodologies.
  • Design, simulate, and optimize RF circuits and systems, including antennas, filters, amplifiers, and transceivers.
  • Develop and implement experimental setups and conduct measurements to validate RF and antenna designs.
  • Analyze and interpret data, presenting research findings through technical reports and conference papers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions for complex engineering challenges.
  • Stay updated with advancements in RF and antenna design, contributing to intellectual property and publications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in RF and antenna design.
  • Strong background in electromagnetics, microwave theory, and RF circuit design.
  • Proficiency in simulation and design tools such as CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, ADS, or similar.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing various types of antennas, including patch, dipole, and array antennas.
  • Knowledge of RF components and subsystems, such as filters, amplifiers, mixers, and oscillators.
  • Familiarity with measurement equipment, such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of publishing research findings in reputable conferences or journals.
