About the position

The Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer will be responsible for automation and integration within manufacturing settings, utilizing their expertise in PLCs and software-based HMIs. Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical control systems for automation and integration projects.
• Work with PLCs and HMIs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of control systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Design electrical enclosures and schematics as needed.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in automation and/or integration.
• Proficiency with Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Siemens, Ignition, FactoryTalk, etc.
• Experience with PLCs and HMIs in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, vision systems, and VFDs.
• Experience with electrical enclosure and schematic design is a plus.
