About the position

The Sr. Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing hardware for control systems, including analog and digital controls, touch screens, and displays. This role involves creating IoT interfaces that comply with industry standards and developing electrical designs using the dFMEA process. The engineer will tackle challenges related to robust solutions for harsh environments and will be involved in root cause analysis and proposing enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Create hardware for control systems including analog and digital controls, touch screens, and displays.
• Develop IoT interfaces utilizing Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or LoRa in compliance with industry standards.
• Design electrical systems and schemas using the dFMEA process.
• Address challenges related to robust solutions for harsh environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions or enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related design role to electronic control hardware, IoT interfaces, and/or printed circuit boards (PCP).
• Experience with microprocessors, op-amps, power suppliers, connectors, and multi-layer PCB.
• Understanding of electromagnetic principles such as EMI, EMC, and ESD.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
