The Sr. Electronic Business Systems Analyst is a pivotal role responsible for analyzing, coding, configuring, unit testing, and promoting all electronic platform artifacts to various electronic platforms, including vendor-supported platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of Jackson's business model and the operational processes of its vendors. The analyst will provide support for delivery teams, business users, DTCC, distributors, and electronic vendor partners, particularly in feed testing and technology enhancements. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, acting as a liaison to ensure that all expectations are met or exceeded. In this role, the analyst will design, code, test, debug, maintain, modify, and document solutions within a specified domain. They will deliver solutions that align with architecture patterns for data and compute platforms, ensuring that business needs are met while evaluating trade-offs between cost, performance, and maintainability. The analyst will also develop and maintain desired business value for complex business use cases and set, communicate, and reinforce technical standards. Collaboration with business product owners, DevOps, DevSecOps, and Architecture is essential to build and mature scalable and robust business capabilities. As a thought leader, the analyst will partner with business users and technical teams to implement changes and deliver business value. They will coach team members in providing ongoing support for Cloud DevOps Engineering configuration, architecture, and programming changes. The role involves identifying and resolving complex systems problems, conducting and coordinating the analysis, planning, and implementation of related software, and providing third-level technical support and consultation within the domain. Staying current with industry trends and making recommendations for new technologies that deliver strategic business value and reduce costs is also a key responsibility. The analyst will ensure that platform patch management is current and that vulnerabilities related to the domain are documented, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner.
