The consultant will also utilize Employee Engagement Survey results to develop solutions aimed at improving the employee experience within their client groups. They will assist management in navigating difficult employee conversations, prepare necessary documentation, and provide strategic insights into employee relations trends. Additionally, the consultant will mentor and lead other Employee Relations Consultants, offering guidance and expertise on various employee relations matters.
