As a Senior Engineer in AI User Assistance at Alight, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that includes engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers. Your primary focus will be on developing AI applications for the Alight Worklife platform, with a significant emphasis on Generative AI. Your responsibilities will include building robust functionality primarily using programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript, as well as utilizing AWS Bedrock for cloud-based solutions. You will also be tasked with developing new features for existing software applications and supporting the deployment of these applications into production environments. The role demands a proactive approach to providing development support for applications currently in use by customers, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently.
