Exelon is leading the energy transformation, and we are looking for problem solvers, innovators, community builders, and change makers. The primary purpose of this position is to develop and lead teams in various engineering tasks related to the planning, design, licensing, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Exelon's electric generation, transmission, distribution, gas, and telecommunication facilities/systems. This role involves providing consultation and recommendations based on studies of company or customer-owned systems, processes, equipment, and facilities. The position requires reviewing financial data from budget and actual costs of projects and providing technical expertise to strategic, legislative, and operational decisions. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring others and may require extended hours during energy delivery emergencies.
