About the position

The Sr. Enrollment Kit & Documents Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the Retirement Plan Services business by contributing to the graphic design of operational documents and maintaining enrollment materials for various employer-sponsored defined contribution plans. This hybrid position involves collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while promoting quality control and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute enrollment materials reflecting plan requirements.
  • Order enrollment kits and maintain excellent records of activity.
  • Maintain and distribute operational forms and documents.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders, peers, and vendors to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure content is appropriate to the plan's market type and consistent with guidelines and procedures.
  • Identify gaps and omissions in data to promote quality control.
  • Learn new skills and assist team members as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the retirement and/or financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of graphic design principles with experience utilizing Adobe InDesign.
