About the position

The Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager at IDeaS is responsible for enhancing the client experience by developing strong relationships with enterprise-level clients. This role focuses on providing high-quality service and support, ensuring client retention, and addressing complex client issues. The manager acts as a trusted advisor, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and proactively identifying opportunities for clients to maximize the value of IDeaS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong advocates at all levels of the client's organization.
  • Understand the client's strategic and tactical objectives and anticipate their impact on the IDeaS system.
  • Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution.
  • Interact with Enterprise and Casino clients to ensure alignment in communications.
  • Manage internal executive stakeholder meetings and participate in quarterly business review meetings.
  • Set up internal and client processes to improve efficiencies and communications.
  • Apply a structured approach to resolve complex client issues.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to leverage IDeaS system features and improve user engagement.
  • Stay informed about new IDeaS System features and their business applications.
  • Assist the Enterprise Project Manager with roll-out activities.
  • Undertake internal/external projects and provide inputs to SOWs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the IDeaS Enterprise Solution and monitor client success through metrics.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Business, Hospitality Management, or Information Management or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years' overall experience in the hospitality industry.
  • 1+ years' experience in corporate RM leadership or regional RM director responsibility within a hospitality chain utilizing automated revenue management systems.
  • Superior analytical and technical skills with a strategic perspective.
  • Working knowledge of PMS, CRS, Channel Management, and other hotel revenue systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience in casino revenue management.
  • Combined hospitality experience with international and local hotel chains.
  • Experience in creating and documenting processes and SOPs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
