About the position

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for organizing, analyzing, and reporting on data from large clinical, financial, and enrollment datasets. This role involves assisting in the design and development of data warehouses, performance dashboards, and other systems that support an integrated network of healthcare providers. The analyst will act as an Epic subject matter expert for front and back-end Epic reporting development, contributing to patient-centered and data-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Organize, analyze, and report on large clinical, financial, and enrollment datasets.
• Assist in the design and development of data warehouses and performance dashboards.
• Support the needs of an integrated network of physicians, safety net providers, and hospitals.
• Act as an Epic subject matter expert for Epic reporting development.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in healthcare, statistics, experimental research, data science, reporting and analytics, economics, or public health.
• 3 years' experience in SQL/T-SQL or Python scripting for programming and data manipulation.
• 3 years' experience with MS Excel at an advanced level.
• 2 years' experience in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• 2 years' experience in report development within Epic EMR using Slicer/Dicer, RWB, Clarity, or Caboodle.
• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 5 years of experience required.
