About the position

We are seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant for a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Bridgewater, New Jersey area. The individual will be working in an on-site role, offering support to two of our senior leaders. The role involves a blend of administrative project work and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical in ensuring that the senior leaders can focus on their strategic responsibilities while the assistant manages the day-to-day administrative tasks effectively. The Sr. Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to two senior leaders, including but not limited to, calendar management and meeting coordination. The individual will facilitate communication and coordination with other departments and external parties as necessary. Responsibilities also include the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and disseminated. The role requires excellent computer skills to maintain and manage digital records, data, and documentation, as well as handling customer inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional responses. In addition, the Sr. Executive Assistant will monitor customer accounts, performing regular checks and updates, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications is essential. The individual will also be expected to perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an executive assistant role at a senior level
  • Proficiency in calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to take detailed and accurate meeting minutes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
