About the position

The Sr. Executive Assistant will work closely with the Owner of a large successful business in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving as their Business Assistant. This role involves assisting with various tasks including finances, investments, and scheduling, while providing an opportunity to learn about the industry and network with influential individuals in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in finances and investments
  • Manage scheduling and calendar for the Owner
  • Handle correspondence and communication
  • Coordinate conference calls
  • Utilize various software tools for administrative tasks

Requirements

  • BA or MBA in Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings
  • Familiarity with Concur software
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Expertise in Kronos Timekeeping System
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Excellent skills in Calendar Management
  • Strong communication abilities
