About the position

Technical Source is seeking a Sr. Field Service Engineer to work with custom automated machinery clients. This role involves programming and integrating robotics and control systems used in industrial manufacturing, with a significant amount of travel required to customer sites for commissioning and integration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to commission and integrate automated machinery and robotic systems
• Program and troubleshoot PLC based controls and autonomous robotic systems
• Provide excellent customer service and communication via phone or email to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper production documentation with assigned jobs and report to proper department

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience programming PLC based controls and robotic systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, communicate effectively, and meet physical demands of job
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% domestic and internationally
