As a Sr Field Service Technician specializing in Conveyor Systems at Honeywell, you will provide essential technical support and expertise to customers in the Mechanical Systems & Conveyor Components business unit. Your role involves troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring successful implementation of solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers
- Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions
- Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to work multiple shifts as needed
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)
- PLC experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience
