About the position

The Senior Finance Manager for North America FP&A at Kenvue is responsible for leading forecasting, analytics, and reporting for the North American region. This role supports the Finance Director and the North America Finance Leadership team, including the CFO, by driving improvements in financial forecasting and enhancing cash flow forecasting through cross-functional partnerships. The position emphasizes the importance of talent development and modeling Kenvue's values and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Own the Regional planning and execution of all financial forecast cycles.
• Drive forecasting improvements by developing analytical insights on key P&L metrics including Sales, GP, SG&A, BME and OI&E.
• Enhance cash flow forecasting through cross-functional partnership within the Kenvue Finance Operating Model, develop new financial modeling and drive process improvement.
• Leverage the Kenvue ecosystem of cross-functional data to develop business insights.
• Lead with agility and build a FP&A infrastructure to quickly respond to ad hoc business requests.
• Be a champion for attracting, developing and retaining talent by modeling Kenvue's values and behaviors.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership capabilities are essential.
• Prior experience managing and developing people is strongly preferred.
• The ability to work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously is required.
• Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
