About the position

The Sr. Finance Operations Analyst position at Cushman & Wakefield is designed to provide essential support to the PDS Finance team, focusing on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and requires a results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisting PDS Finance with special projects, transition of new processes, UAT, and training.
• Monthly Retail LOB furniture close out support.
• Validation of cost codes for furniture and other equipment capex requests.
• Support the staffing management program to meet client and C&W staff reporting requirements.
• Assist the Finance Manager with month-end journal entries, ensuring reimbursable and non-reimbursable spend is booked correctly.
• Monthly review of revenue and expenses against plan, understanding and communicating variances to the Finance Manager.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial presentations.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to drive better reporting and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in a Finance position and/or Real Estate services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral required.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively and multi-task in an ever-changing pressure environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and verbal skills.
