About the position

The Sr. Financial Analyst for Business Growth at Harley-Davidson is responsible for providing financial guidance, direction, and analytical support within the Business Growth area. This remote position focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for relevant P&L and Balance Sheets, while also delivering insights and analytics to influence revenue, margin performance, and operating expense management. The role serves as a key financial partner to support decision-making processes within the Business Growth channel.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive financial support, including financial modeling and analysis, consolidation of P&L for annual operating plan and long-range plan.
• Business partnership for strategic planning and coordination among business stakeholders for the consolidation of P&L and annual target setting to deliver appropriate operating income results to HDIs bottom line.
• Support Business Growth leaders with the financial management of costs, coordinates the development, and assist in the preparation of all budgets and forecasts for expense, capital, and headcount in accordance with the financial planning calendar.
• Provides monthly financial support to the business: Record month-end journal entries/accruals; Assure all expenses are recorded in the month.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
