About the position

The Sr. Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A at Kontoor Brands is responsible for supporting the Executive Management team in the development and distribution of financial reporting. This role involves managing the consolidation system processes and leading various FP&A strategic initiatives focused on reporting and analytics. The position requires collaboration with global FP&A teams and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate financial forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Director and VP of FP&A in the development and distribution of financial reports.
• Work closely with the Group Reporting Administrator for consolidation system processes and data maintenance.
• Support Corporate FP&A with ad hoc requests through data gathering, reporting, and analytics.
• Participate in system projects related to forecasting and planning processes, primarily SAP S4 and Group Reporting.
• Lead team projects requiring collaboration with global FP&A teams and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Bachelor's Degree Required
