As a Sr. Financial Analyst FP&A, Strategy Finance - LRP and Analytics you will manage LRP data, modeling and tools to support the enterprise long-range plan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of financial insights and analytics that support enterprise strategic decisions
  • Work with senior managers across our team to support analysis and modeling of key strategic initiatives, competitor analysis, growth opportunities, and macro trends
  • Partner with a broad set of stakeholders in Finance, Strategy and the Business, leveraging financial and strategic analyses to illuminate key decisions for the business.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, or planning
  • Strong analytical experience with a comprehensive understanding of the three financial statements (income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet)
  • Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Curiosity and desire to leverage disparate datasets to identify new strategic insights and tell compelling stories
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills at all levels
  • Credible strategic thinker and thought leader
  • Ability to create compelling materials to align teams and drive to decisions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
