In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be a key player in a highly visible position within a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret financial data, serving as the main Financial Analyst for the Business Unit "Windshield Wipers" (WS) within the Mobility Aftermarket division in North America. You will investigate variances and assess their impact on planned objectives, ensuring that financial results are accurately presented, including month-end results, forecasts, and business plans to both regional and central leadership. Your role will also involve ensuring data quality, consistency, and completeness in reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and performance measurement across various Business Units and departments. You will be responsible for timely communication with the regional Business Unit leader and global controller regarding business issues, providing necessary documentation and recommending alternative courses of action. A focus on continuous business process improvements will be essential, as you will challenge current processes and procedures to identify potential enhancements and implement them effectively. As a partner to plant controlling, you will act as an advisor to leadership, steering the business towards success.
