About the position

The Sr. Financial Analyst II position at ManpowerGroup is a hybrid role focused on Purchase Order Management and financial reporting within a Fortune 500 beauty company. The role requires collaboration with IT and finance teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage IT costs, and provide insights into financial performance. The position is contract-based with a high potential for extension, emphasizing detail-oriented analysis and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Shopping Carts, validating SOWs and payment schedules.
• Reconcile Goods Receipts, Delivery Schedules, and Invoices to reduce vendor payment time.
• Perform month-end tasks including YFAP report and journal entry analysis.
• Consolidate IT Americas Zone expenses for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Communicate monthly actuals performance vs budget and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Monitor actual spending activities and report financial performance to senior management.
• Partner with IT clients to address budget issues and ensure financial commitments are met.
• Work with zone BRMs and IT Budget Owners to report on OPEX and CAPEX project statuses.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with financial systems proficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP for financial transactions.
• Strong MS Excel skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced user of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI.
