About the position

The Innovations/New Product Costing Senior Analyst at Molson Coors Beverage Company plays a crucial role in the Supply Chain Finance team, focusing on developing accurate cost estimates for new products. This position involves collaboration with various teams, including brewers and procurement, to gather necessary data for cost analysis, which is essential for assessing the viability of product launches.

Responsibilities

• Provide a thorough review of inputs to ensure accurate product costing.
• Act as a subject matter expert in product costing and explain key cost inputs to brand teams.
• Educate stakeholders on cost development processes and become a valued partner.
• Make recommendations for opportunities to reduce costs.
• Gain significant knowledge of product costing to ask the right questions for complete and accurate information.
• Deliver estimates in a timely manner with well-documented assumptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Manufacturing and product costing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage competing priorities among several stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Strong customer service influence and ability to influence without formal authority.
