About the position

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst / Manager - Corporate FP&A to join our dynamic finance team. This role will provide the opportunity to play a key part in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while also gaining exposure to Investor Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the corporate FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
  • Serve as the Adaptive Insights expert within the organization, maintaining and enhancing system utilization to support financial reporting, planning, and analytics.
  • Consolidate financial results across multiple products, prepare executive-level reporting packages, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Analyze key business drivers and trends to provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Sales, R&D) to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide detailed ad-hoc financial analysis on business performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of Board presentations, executive dashboards, and financial narratives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with at least 2 years in Corporate FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of Adaptive Insights as a power user; ability to manage, maintain, and optimize the platform.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with precision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the medical device industry is a plus but not required.
  • MBA preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $125,000 - 143,000.
  • Supplemental pay: bonus and stock.
