About the position

Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Devices finance team, playing a crucial role in supporting operations and product development. This position involves regular interaction with executives and various business units, focusing on data collection, financial modeling, and providing insights for decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient financial processes and presenting financial summaries to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Presenting financial summaries and business insights to senior management
• Developing scalable and efficient financial processes that support the business
• Deriving meaningful insights and recommendations from large data sets
• Tracking initiatives that span multiple business functions
• Leading ad hoc financial analyses and supporting the financial planning process
• Coordinating and supporting planning and month-end close processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

Nice-to-haves
