About the position

The Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF) Central Functions Finance team is responsible for providing optimized and timely financial analysis to support the Fulfillment Center's goals of reducing costs and improving delivery speed. This role involves collaborating with various teams to manage financial activities, develop reporting models, and ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your team and develop all weekly and monthly financial close activities, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models while overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to both your operations & other business partners.
• Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely.
• Manage and participate in finance and accounting activities across several locations.
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
