Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support to RSFPP/RSFHA leadership.
- Prepare budgets and conduct pro forma analysis.
- Administer physician contracts and perform reimbursement analysis.
- Create financial and operational presentations.
- Assist in internal and external reporting to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or healthcare administration.
- Experience in preparing physician compensation is required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
Nice-to-haves
- MBA or MHA preferred.
- Experience in public accounting is a plus.
