About the position

We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Brockton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with various external and regulatory reporting duties, month-end accounting tasks, contract analysis, new business development, and net revenue forecasting, among other responsibilities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will assist in the preparation of various external and regulatory reports, including Medicare 2552, CHIA cost reports, and RFA reporting. You will also contribute to healthcare surveys and conduct detailed statistical reporting, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations. Performing month-end accounting duties, particularly those related to third-party reimbursement, will be a key part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will analyze contracts and report on their financial implications, providing insights that will aid in decision-making processes. Participation in new business development activities and initiatives will be expected, as well as contributing to program expansion strategies and implementation. You will forecast net revenue based on current trends and predictive analysis, utilizing your analytical skills to drive financial success. Furthermore, you will utilize business systems and CRM tools for data mining and report generation, leveraging your skills in Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management to enhance the financial performance of the organization. Tools such as Confluence, Crystal Reports, and 'About Time' will be essential for efficient task management in this role.
