- Supportive role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate cost projections and financial alignment with production goals
- Duties include developing financial models for strategic planning purposes, and assisting in the appraisal of cost drivers
- Ensures compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and relevant regulatory standards, and identifies opportunities for process improvements
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and financial productivity
- Review and present monthly financial and cost analysis for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field
- 3 years experience in manufacturing accounting role, strong cost experience ideal
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
