• Conceptualizes, develops, and executes complex financial models.

• Extracts and consolidates data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.

• Establishes and maintains strong internal controls for effective resource use and compliance.
• Mentors, leads, and supervises staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Six years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with financial information and multiple financial systems.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with database query tools.
• Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to embrace change and solve complex issues.
