Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units and department leaders to provide financial support during strategic planning and annual budgeting cycles.
  • Create financial reports to assess performance against plans and support decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted resource and advisor for department leaders in financial planning and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain financial models that align with the company's goals.
  • Manage detailed financial forecasts, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and variances.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting during each close.
  • Maintain and enhance budgeting and reporting systems while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
